I have been in IT for the last 23 years with 21 of those years focusing on Project Management. I have built 2 Project Management Offices from the ground up using the best practices and core principals of PMI and was a tactical project manager on countless projects. I have worked both in Canada and the US and have worked in a variety of industries.

I am the co-author of the Project Management Communication Bible. This is an 801 page reference manual, published in 2008 for Wiley publishing. It can be found on Amazon.com and consistently in the Top 100 for Project Management books.

My second book I wrote is called “The Tactical Guide for Building a PMO”. The book takes my personal experience in building and implementing PMO’s over a 10 year period and puts it into a format that is easy to read and use for any PMO Manager. This book can also be found on Amazon.com

I currently work for Microsoft IT as the Project Management Discipline Owner as well as I am an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue College. I teach two classes:

1. Project Communications Skills
2. Virtual Teams

I am a qualified professional with Project Management experience, I also bring 21 years of hands on PM experience, with the last several running and driving a Project Management Office.I have experience in many industries, and worked across North America (Canada and USA).
